Born and raised in the energy capital of Houston, Will joined Charter in early 2021. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA in Global Business from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, Will interned at Haliburton, Wood Mackenzie and Venoco before holding various engineering roles in drilling, completions, production and reservoir development with Vine Energy, Encana, and BHP Billiton. Most recently, Will served as Business Strategist with Accenture Energy prior to joining Charter, where he specializes in Risk and M&A Advisory, Contractual Risk Control, Insurance and HSSE. He also holds licenses and certifications in C-Suite Dynamics and Business Strategy from INSEAD, as well as Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy and Applying Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern’s Executive Education program and the Kellogg School of Management. When he’s not immersed in his Charter duties, Will enjoys aviation, photography, skiing and traveling with his family.
